Do your products include nuts?

Yes. some.

Although many of our products are made without nut-sourced ingredients, because cacay, argan, coconut and shea oils are present on the premises there is always a risk of accidental contamination. Therefore we cannot guarantee that cross contamination has not occurred.

Do you make your products in-house?

At Husk & Seed, we believe in the power of small-batch, handcrafted skincare. We're not a faceless factory churning out mass-produced products. Instead, every single jar of balm, bottle of oil, and bath soak is made with love and meticulous attention to detail, right here in Kent, England.

Do I need a toner?

We make water-free skincare and don’t plan to bring out a toner. Our products won’t strip your skin, so you won’t need a toner to rebalance (more clever marketing by the corporations). We are 100% confident that you will love our products, but we do realise that it can be a transition from the routine you might have been used to for many years. So if you feel as if you do really want to use a toner, we recommend using a rosewater hydrosol.

Rewards and Gift vouchers

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of £25, £50, £60, £100.

How do I collect and use rewards?

How do I join the Rewards Club? It’s automatic! If you have a customer account with us, you are already earning points. You earn 5 Points for every £1 you spend.

How do the VIP Tiers work? Tiers are based on the points you earn in a rolling 365-day period.

  • The Seedling: Everyone starts here (0–499 points).

  • The Sapling: Unlocked at 500 points.

  • The Harvester: Unlocked at 1,000 points.

Do I stay in my VIP tier forever? Your VIP status is reviewed on a rolling yearly calendar. To maintain your Sapling or Harvester status, you need to continue earning points throughout the year. If your spend or points activity reduces over the 12-month period, you may move down a tier.

How do I gift a Discovery Set to a friend? One of the special perks of our Sapling Tier is the ability to introduce a friend to Husk & Seed on us. You can exchange 1,000 points to have a full Discovery Set sent directly to a friend's door.

How to claim: Because we hand-pack these sets, stocks are limited. Please email hello@huskandseedskincare.co.uk to request your gift and redeem your points.

Do my points expire? Yes. Your points expire within 12 months of receipt. Make sure to redeem them for treats within 12 months or they will disappear!

How does "Refer a Friend" work? It's a win-win! When you refer a friend, they will receive a £5 off code to use on their first order. Once they successfully make that purchase, your 500 Bonus Points will automatically land in your account.

How do I redeem my points? Simply log in to our website. Click the Rewards Button at the bottom of the screen or your Account Icon at the top. Your points balance and eligible rewards will appear there.

The Legal Bit (Terms & Conditions)

Value of Points Points earned through the Husk & Seed Rewards Club are promotional in nature and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for monetary refund, or transferred to other accounts. Points may only be redeemed for rewards as specified on our website.

Right to Modify Husk & Seed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Club program, including changing point values, reward tiers, and redemption terms, at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust point balances if points were awarded in error or through fraudulent activity.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient ways to pay for your order, so you can choose what works best for you. Here are your options:

Credit cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We only charge your card once your order ships, so you can shop with confidence.

PayPal: Want to pay with your PayPal account? No problem! Simply choose PayPal at checkout and you'll be redirected to their secure website to complete your payment. Once done, you'll be whisked back to our store to finalize your order.

Klarna and Clearpay: Spread the cost of your purchase with Klarna or Clearpay! These popular options allow you to split your payment into smaller installments, making it easier to fit your budget. Choose your preferred option at checkout for more information (if you can't see this option select "checkout as guest" and it should appear.

We understand! While we can't accept returns on kits, bundles, sale items, sample sets or gift cards, we offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy on all other items. This means you can return anything for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked!

Want to exchange something?

The quickest way to get what you're looking for is to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we can't currently exchange used items.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and approve your request, you'll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Additional Information:

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you also have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items haven't been used, damaged, or tampered with.

How do I use a code?

If you have a discount code you can enter it at checkout. Please note you can only use one code per order. The Bundle Builder does not accept extra discount codes. You cannot currently use rewards and codes together - we are working on this. 

Recycling

Can I return jars to you?

You can return 5 empty Husk & Seed jars (we don’t accept bottles) to us for reuse, repurposing or recycling — and we’ll thank you with a discount on your next order. Please make sure your jars are clean, dry and include their lids. Once we receive them, we’ll carefully reuse or repurpose what we can, and responsibly recycle the rest. The lids are sent to a specialist company that melts them down and turns them into colourful children’s chairs, giving them a brand-new life!

Packaging & Sustainability

Our Airless Pumps

Our airless pumps are made with "mono-material" PP. Unlike many beauty containers, our bottles don't contain metal springs or mixed-plastic parts that make recycling difficult.

This is particularly important with the new UK "Simpler Recycling" rules (March 2026). All councils are now required to collect PP in standard household bins, making it one of the most widely and reliably recycled materials in the UK.

Can I request my mineral body sunscreen in glass?

We know that many of our customers have a deep connection to our original glass packaging. If you have a strong preference for glass and don't mind the extra weight for travel, we are more than happy to make an exception. Just send us a quick note when you order. Please note that the bottle will come with a pourer spout (not a pump). 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Absolutely! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account, no problem. However, creating an account offers some great benefits:

  • Track your orders: Easily see the status of your past purchases and keep tabs on everything.
  • Collect rewards points: Earn points with every purchase that you can redeem for future discounts and goodies.

Creating an account is quick and easy! Simply save your details at checkout, and click on the rewards icon at the bottom right corner to sign up for rewards. It's totally up to you, but we think you'll find the perks of having an account worthwhile.

Where is my order confirmation?

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, so you can rest assured everything's on track! It should arrive within a few minutes, but if you haven't received it by then, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at hello@huskandseedskincare.co.uk and we'll be happy to check on things for you.

Before contacting us, though, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case the email got lost there. We wouldn't want you to miss out on the exciting news that your order is on its way!

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@huskandseedskincare.co.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online or get in touch and we will try to help - hello@huskandseedskincare.co.uk

International Delivery Terms & Conditions

At Husk & Seed Skincare, we’re delighted to offer international shipping so customers outside the UK can enjoy our calming, plant-based skincare. We currently ship to countries within Europe and to the United States of America (USA). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or to the rest of the world at this time.

For European orders, delivery costs £7 for parcels up to 2kg and £12 for parcels over 2kg. For all USA orders, delivery costs £15 per order, regardless of weight. These prices include postage, packaging, and prepaid customs duties to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

We use Royal Mail’s Prepaid Duties (PDDP) service, which means that all import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There will be no additional customs fees, handling charges, or import VAT due upon delivery. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no surprises or extra costs.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are approximately 5–10 working days for Europe and 7–14 working days for the USA. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing and local courier operations in your country.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders outside the UK, including those from Europe and the USA. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at huskandseedskincare@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

To ensure your parcel arrives safely, please check that your shipping address and contact details, including your email address and phone number, are entered correctly at checkout. These details are required for customs clearance and successful delivery. Husk & Seed Skincare cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

All international orders are sent via a tracked delivery service. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from our Kent studio to your doorstep. Each parcel is securely packed by hand and prepared with care to protect your products during transit.

By placing an order, you confirm that natural skincare products are permitted for import in your country. Husk & Seed Skincare reserves the right to update delivery rates, timeframes, or eligible shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.

How much is shipping?

United Kingdom

FREE UK Delivery over £45. Shipping costs below £45 are £3.95. All deliveries are placed with Royal Mail which keeps our carbon footprint low because they are out making door to door deliveries every day, not a special journey for one parcel. 

If Royal Mail is unavailable we will use DPD for UK deliveries. In most cases your order will arrive NEXT DAY. Please note your order needs to be placed before 1pm to qualify (business days only - weekend orders will be despatched Monday) 

For European orders, delivery costs £7 for parcels up to 2kg and £12 for parcels over 2kg.

For all USA orders, delivery costs £15 per order, regardless of weight.

These prices include postage, packaging, and prepaid customs duties to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

How to track my order?

You will receive a notification email when your order has been posted. Within this email is your Royal Mail Tracking Number. Please check your junk mail in case it's fallen in there! Please note we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or missing address details or parcels that have been left in your safe place.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

We hope your order arrives in perfect condition, but accidents happen! If your product shows up damaged or faulty, no worries!
