Wendy, with her 13 years of experience in pre-natal massage therapy, and Kelly, a qualified skincare formulator and psychotherapist with 10 years of experience, combined their expertise and love for natural ingredients to bring you these unique products.
Each batch of Husk & Seed products is handcrafted in small quantities in our cosy granary kitchen nestled in the idyllic Kent countryside. About Kelly - From Kitchen Creations to Crafted Skincare: My Passion Journey
Skincare has always held a special place in my heart, even from a young age. I remember being captivated by the lotions and potions on my mum's dressing table, eagerly experimenting with them all. My childhood curiosity extended to the kitchen, where I'd concoct DIY masks from honey, yogurt, avocado, and even porridge oats!
While my career path initially led me to become a qualified psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, the pull towards skincare never truly faded. Perhaps it was always meant to be.
Today, as a qualified skincare formulator, my passion remains as vibrant as ever, albeit with a touch more sophistication. Some of those same childhood ingredients, like the ones in our facial exfoliant, have come full circle, finding their way into our meticulously crafted products.
Husk & Seed is a culmination of my lifelong fascination with skincare, and I'm thrilled to share it with you. Every product is formulated with the same love and dedication I felt as a child, ensuring you experience the joy of natural, effective skincare.

My journey with Husk & Seed began through my massage and reflexology practice. Witnessing the concerns of pregnant women and cancer patients seeking natural, gentle skincare options sparked a desire to create something more than just typical massage oils.
Furthermore, I encountered individuals overwhelmed by stress, yearning for self-care solutions beyond temporary fixes. This experience ignited a passion to develop a skincare approach that goes beyond the surface, offering a moment of respite and self-connection.
