Decongestant Vapour Balm

Warm the balm between the fingers, inhale the essential oils and then apply to the chest, back, under the nose and the soles of the feet (put a pair of socks on over the top…. cosy!)

Yes — our formulas use gentle coconut oil and Vitamin E as the base, making them suitable for most skin types. As with all essential oil blends, perform a patch test before use if you have particularly sensitive skin.

Can I use them during pregnancy?

The Headache, Sleep, and Decongestant blends are not suitable for use in pregnancy due to their essential oil content. The Anti-Anxiety blend is the gentlest option but should still be used with care — please check with your healthcare professional first.
