Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom, and to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We're sorry we can't ship anywhere else at the moment.

Delivery options and costs

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95, or free on UK orders of £60 or more. Usually arrives 2–3 working days after posting.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £10. Guaranteed by 1pm on the next working day after posting.

Delivery charges for Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to the Channel Islands may occasionally be subject to local import charges.

When your order is posted

Every order is packed by hand in our studio in Kent. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are usually posted the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are posted the next working day.

Orders placed after midday on a Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are posted on the next working day (usually Monday). At busy times, such as the run-up to Christmas, it may take us a little longer.

Royal Mail delivery times are a guide rather than a guarantee, except for Special Delivery. Unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of your order, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Tracking

Once your order has been posted, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. Please check your junk folder if you can't see it.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

If you're not in, Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to your local delivery office and leave a card. Uncollected parcels are returned to us quite quickly. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we're happy to send it again once the new postage has been paid.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of its expected delivery date, please email hello@huskandseedskincare.co.uk with your order number and we'll help track it down. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

Wrong address

Please email us straight away. We can update the address if your order hasn't left us yet, but we can't redirect parcels once they're with Royal Mail.
