How to use
Warm a little between your fingers and breathe in first — slowly, a few times. Then smooth onto chest, back and just under the nose. Last, the soles of the feet, with a pair of socks over the top.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse well with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Please check the full ingredient list if you have any allergies, including to nuts.

How it works

- Post the product back to us with at least 80% left in the jar or bottle. A couple of weeks is plenty of time to know how your skin feels about something.
- If a free gift came with your order, pop it in the parcel too, otherwise its value may come off your refund.
- Return postage is paid by you, so we'd recommend a tracked service.
- Once it reaches our studio in Kent, we'll refund what you paid (minus the original delivery charge) or give you store credit instead.

Great smell, cleared my nose when it needed it and just great to know that it’s clean and not toxic, would definitely recommend
Good decongestant I use it daily.
This balm is just what I was looking for, and better! I really struggled with block and dry noise during the winter months. This balm has a super smooth texture and the scent really helps unblocking my noise. It smells so good that it is almost a bit addictive. Highly recommend to anyone!
Had a headache so put a tiny amount of balm around nose and head, really did help ease it!
Wonderful fresh aroma, hope it helps whenever I catch a winter cold
I used up the remainder of my previous jar of decongestant balm during a recent nasty cold and loved it so much that I had to replace it immediately. It has such a comforting smell and it’s free of any nasty ingredients so I’m happy to apply it liberally, including on the soles of my feet, which was very effective. Also helpful to apply around the nostril and under the nose and it doesn’t burn like some of the better known high street vapour rubs.

Not sure how you add a photo of decongesting with this balm ... it is lovely. It smells good - and I have limited smell! And, it feels good. Haven't had a big congestion for a while so cannot say it works miracles.
Over the holiday period I had an awful chesty cough and cold. For several weeks my nose became dryer and redder so I tried the decongestant balm to see if it would help. I smothered it over my sore nose and it instantly calmed my skin without stinging in the slightest. The gentle mix of oils helped ease my breathing at night so I was able to sleep a little better. What a lifesaver it is when you are feeling under the weather or even have a little bit of a sniffle.

A very useful balm now winter has arrived! Have been using as a decongestant for cough, feels protective too! Nice smelling and lovely natural products,
None greasy easily absorbed and gentle but works wonderfully well. A good night’s rest was had.
My husband has problems with blocked nasal passages. He has used this decongestant now for 2 months and cannot believe the difference in his breathing with no side effects unlike other decongestant balms. Highly recommend

This is fabulous!! It is a lovely subtle aroma and really decongests me. Highly recommended.
I love this balm! It is gentle yet comforting when I am feeling congested. You only need a small amount and I find rubbing a little on my chest at bedtime is helpful if I am feeling congested in any way. I also use it as a barrier around my nose to help with hayfever symptoms. The balm is also incredibly moisturising and so helps keep the area from becoming dry and sore when I am blowing my nose more than normal. I also use it on the bottom of my feet on occasion at the end of the day when I am tired. It is a lovely balm that provides gentle self care. I will definitely be purchasing again and would heartily recommend. I am so happy to have discovered husk & seed. ❤️
Recieved this as a sample with my order , and it did not disappoint I use it at night I find it helps with breathing and the vapour smell is not to intense.

Very soothing balm which really helps congestion. I have taken off one star as the product isn’t very portable - I think the roll on version would be more useful
I wanted to try this to see if it would help with congestion due to hay-fever. Just started using it and have my fingers crossed for a good outcome! It does smell good though and definitely helps with nasal congestion
Really good. Had a cold and really helped. Short lived, that's why it hasn't got 5 stars, but perhaps that's not possible.
As I haven't yet used this product i cant comment fully. But I like the smell, it has a strong eucalyptus scent which I need/like due to my lack of smell. The texture is smooth too. I cant comment yet on how it works for me. I bought in advance ready for those cold days when I get bunged up.
