How do I use them?

Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — our formulas use gentle coconut oil and Vitamin E as the base, making them suitable for most skin types. As with all essential oil blends, perform a patch test before use if you have particularly sensitive skin.
Can I use them during pregnancy?
The Headache, Sleep, and Decongestant blends are not suitable for use in pregnancy due to their essential oil content. The Anti-Anxiety blend is the gentlest option but should still be used with care — please check with your healthcare professional first.

This is a lovely calming fragrance. I bought it as it's was going on a long haul flight and was nervous. Every time I felt my anxiety rise I rolled some on my wrist and temple and immediately felt calmer. I would recommend
I originally bought this little roller, as I occasionally suffer from panic and anxiety. I was trialling it out prior to buying one for my daughter. However, I have given it away, (Yesterday) to a neighbour, who was suffering from a really bad bout of anxiety.
She messaged me today to say that she had used it and felt that it rapidly had a soothing effect. It worked!
Really nice and easy bottle to take with you on your travels. Nice roller ball for easy application. Nice smell. Not too potent but does what it needs to. I have mine sat next to my works laptop and open it and take few sniffs when needed. Nice calming moment.
I have mixed feelings about this product, it has an unusual smell but is growing on me. I feel it has helped with my anxiety as I think while you concentrate on smelling your wrists you forget about what's making you anxious x
