Our Essential Oil Free SPF 50 is more than just sun protection: it is deeply nourishing daily skincare designed specifically for highly reactive skin. This formulation completely excludes essential oils to provide maximum comfort for easily triggered complexions. We blend non nano zinc oxide with Fairtrade cold-pressed plant oils to effectively protect against UVA and UVB rays, which are key contributors to long term skin damage and prickly heat.

Its silky and invisible texture blends seamlessly into any routine without stinging your eyes or leaving a chalky cast, making reef safe sun protection an easy everyday habit.

A 30ml bottle provides approximately 60 uses. Simply pour about half a teaspoon carefully into your palm and apply to face and neck.

Shake well before use. Apply around half a teaspoon to the face and neck as the final step in your morning ritual, after your moisturiser or facial oil. If your skin tends to be oily, you may prefer to use it alone. Its nourishing texture provides enough hydration on its own. Reapply regularly, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Love this serum spf . I have very comedogenic skin and most sunscreens break me out, it’s the first sunscreen that has managed to clear my PIH and I’m stunned by the fast results. However it takes quite a few mins to blend on brown skin tones ! However I’d love if there could be a tinted formulation in the nearer future!❤️

It's wonderfully gentle, even on my very sensitive skin. Easy to apply as it's like a lotion and not thick and sticky at all, like other mineral sunscreens. Doesn't leave a white cast and it works very well to protect from the sun.

I was surprised at the size of the bottle, though a little does go a long way. When I first put it on there was no white cast, as promised, but it did feel oily, and I was worried this was going to leave me shiny and make make up application difficult. However! When it settled it wasn't oily or shiny and actually was a better base than my previous sunscreen, so I will by again. But if theres any chance of a pump dispenser that would be perfect!

This is my second bottle of the spf Suncream. It's fantastic. It's helped my rosacea, calmed all my spots and stopped my skin from burning through the whole heatwave. My first bottle lasted me about three months with just daily use on my face ...so I feel like it was absolutely worth the price. I would recommend.

I’m allergic to most/all sun products and so far this has been good. I have used it on my arms and neck and no reaction. I’ve yet to use it around my eyes which is where my problem is but am hopeful it will be ok.

I spent some time looking for an environmentally friendly sunscreen, they all came with the proviso that they left a white sheen on your face, so I was really pleased to find this sunscreen. It is easy to apply and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. It was a lovely surprise to also receive a small bottle of the night replenishing oil which has a lovely calming smell and is a enjoyable addition to my nightime routine.

Second time of buying this amazing sunscreen. All others make my sensitive skin (7 decades of sun and other damage) itch, or leave a film - even some organic ones that are really good. This is applied every morning after my routine with my daytime skin oil and nourishing moisturiser, and only two little pumps are needed. Unbelievably good. I have not burned at all this summer and it’s been really challenging with the heat and the fierce sun. 100% recommended by me!

My skin is very problematic. I had a problem with acne when I was younger and still now have a very oily skin. I don't like creams with SPF . I have tried a lot of different ones always going for the most natural. Unfortunately my skin were always getting clogged and next day I had a face full of acne... Now I'm pregnant and my acne returned full time 😳 I've decided to try the one with lavender oil. I don't use it every day only when I know I have to be out all day in the sun. I have to say I didn't notice any new breakouts. After a while my skin gets a bit oily but not clogged or anything so it's ok. I will stick with it for now definitely. I'm going for holidays for a two weeks and probably will be using it every day so that will be the best test!

I've been looking for a non-oily face and neck sun protector that I could rely on for protection for some time now, and when I came across Husk & Seed I was both sceptical (could such a small bottle of liquid sunscreen be truly safe to use and cost-effective) and excited - I do like trying something new. Happily, I haven't been disappointed. This liquid sunscreen goes a long way, so only a small amount is needed, and although it does look a bit shiny on first application, a bit of powder soon takes care of that. All in all, I fully recommend this Husk & Seed 50 SPF sunscreen.
